Refund Policy

The strategy call

The $149 strategy call is a paid professional service. Because it reserves dedicated preparation and time, it is non-refundable once the call has taken place, except as described below.

The winnability refund

If, during your call, we conclude that your case is not winnable on any realistic pathway, we will tell you plainly and refund the $149 in full.

Credit toward full service

If you engage our full service within 30 days of your call, the $149 is credited toward your service fee.

Rescheduling and no-shows

You may reschedule once with at least 24 hours notice. Missed calls without notice are not refunded, but we will offer one reschedule as a courtesy.

Full-service engagements

Full-service fees are quoted per case. The engagement agreement sets out milestones and any refundable portions before official fees and third-party costs are incurred.
